Account
Booking requires an account with a valid email and mobile number, because those are what we use to confirm a booking and any change to it.
How booking works
Units are either instant-book or owner-approved. In both cases the dates are held in your name as soon as the booking is created, for a limited time so the next step can be completed. If that time passes, the dates are released automatically and the booking expires.
Price
The price comes from the unit's nightly rate, seasons and specific dates, plus the published fees. The price shown at the time of booking is frozen inside the booking and does not change afterwards, even if the unit's rates change.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in and check-out times are stated on each unit's page, and the number of guests may not exceed the published maximum.
Refundable deposit
Some units require a deposit collected with the booking and returned once the unit is confirmed undamaged.
