Do the prices include fees?
The price shown before you confirm includes cleaning, service and tax where they apply. A refundable deposit is listed separately because it is returned to you after the stay.
Why do beach ticket prices differ?
Beach and trip tickets have one price for Egyptians and another for non-Egyptians. Your choice at the top of the page decides the price shown, and the nationality is recorded on the ticket.
When is a booking confirmed?
Once payment is complete. For units that need approval, the owner approves first and payment follows.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the booking page. You see exactly what will be refunded before you confirm.
I own a place and want to list it.
Apply through the "Become a partner" page and our team will review your request and contact you.
