Refundable share
Every unit has a published cancellation policy that sets the refundable share according to how close the check-in date is: the earlier you cancel, the more you get back. The terms that apply are those published when you booked, and later changes to the policy do not affect an existing booking.
What is deducted
A platform service fee and the payment gateway fee for the original transaction are deducted from the refund. The net amount is shown to you in detail on the booking page before you confirm the cancellation.
Refundable deposit
Returned in full, as it is not payment for the stay.
Refund timing
The amount is returned to the same payment method used for the booking, within the period stated on the booking page. Bank transfers and wallets may take additional time on the bank's side.
Cancellation by the owner
If an owner cancels a confirmed booking, you are refunded in full.
